There’s no question here – Australians love their coffee! We are well known for it too – with our famous ‘flat white’ now infiltrating every corner of the planet it seems. A little-known fact about the humble coffee bean is that it is one of the most aromatically complex things we consume, with around 900 aromatic molecules once roasted. That makes for an incredibly diverse flavour palette!
